ory L. Cooper has become the premier wedding and party planner in Las Vegas. Tory creates a unique experience for all of her clientele by providing exceptional service. She enjoys the personalized touch, creating each event with unique and sophisticated style. From local to international clientele Tory creates dream weddings, with special attention to religious or cultural traditions.

Tory began her career sixteen years ago in the hotel industry after graduating from Iowa State University with a degree in Graphic Design. She began planning and assisting with events, parties, and conventions in 1988 at the Las Vegas Hilton.

In 1991, Tory moved to Chicago where she worked both at the glamorous Palmer House Hilton Hotel and was part of the grand opening team of the contemporary Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers. Career experiences included, hosting the FIFA International Conference opening World Cup Soccer Games events in 1994 with President William Jefferson Clinton, King’s, and other dignitaries from over 169 countries. The Democratic National Convention planning committee selected the Sheraton where Tory assisted as Convention Manager.

Later that year, Tory felt her calling back to Las Vegas where she became apart of the grand re-opening team as the Director of Catering at the Desert Inn Resort. This beautiful resort catered such prestigious events for: President William Jefferson Clinton, Former President Gerald Ford, Mrs. Frank Sinatra (Frank Sinatra Celebrity Golf Classic), Nevada Cancer Society Golf Tournament and Gala (Host, Former Governor Bob Miller), Senior PGA Classic, PGA and ITT Sheraton LPGA Tour Championships (Televised Internationally). Some of the world’s best golfers attended these events including Tiger Woods and Annika Sorenstam.

In February 1999, Tory become part of the grand opening team of Las Vegas’s first AAA Five Diamond property, The Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas. A few of her career highlights included: Democratic National Committee fund raiser Dinner Honoring Former President William Jefferson Clinton, Anthony Hopkins New Years Eve Birthday party, not to mention the many fund raisers and social events for charitable causes.

Tory served as the spokesperson on weddings at the Four Seasons and has been featured on the Lifetime Channel, “Weddings of a Lifetime, Dream Destinations”. She has been featured in local publications such as, “Las Vegas Life Bride” Magazine, “Las Vegas Review Journal” and the “Las Vegas Weekly” enticing the local community with wedding and party planning topics. In December Tory was honored in “Las Vegas Life Magazine” as the “Best Wedding Planner” in the wedding capital of the world! Tory has been featured in “Martha Stewart Weddings” Magazine, several articles in “Bride” magazine and “Angelino” magazine. These publications highlighted that Las Vegas is a true destination for weddings!

Most recently, Tory assisted Neiman Marcus and Bloomindales with their in store bridal events. With Tory’s passion, attention to detail and experience, she looks forward to helping you create your memories of a lifetime!
